The 2013 Easter Cantata was graced by so many dignitaries from within and around Asaba. We had the Chancellor of the Anglican Diocese of Asaba, Honourable Justice (Sir) & Lady Frank Nwulu (Rtd) in attendance. Sir & Lady Mike Okechukwu, one of the Patrons and sponsors of the Host Choir was also in attendance. It all ended with fanfare and entertainment of Guest Choirs present. Sincerely some people have already started thinking of the 2014 edition. Of a truth, if you live in or around Asaba and you love music, always come to Cathedral Church of St. Peter Asaba to worship. There we are treated to classic songs week in and week out. For this reason, the Bishop of Asaba Diocese, Rt. Rev. Justus Mogekwu has adjudged them as the Best Choir in Nigeria having served in the Northern part of Nigeria too.
